1 bottle of 75cl of Biston Brillette appellation Moulis 2017:
The Biston growth was created in the 18th century by Mr Biston. Its wines were classified by the Guyenne Intendance in 1776. Later, in 1850, the first edition of the Féret mentions Biston among the leading Moulis wines. In 1860, Château Biston became Château Biston-Brillette, ranked 1st Cru Bourgeois Supérieur of Moulis. Since then, Château Biston-Brillette has remained in its ancestral position, even though the “adjuvants to growth brands”, as they were known during the Belle Epoque, are no longer governed by the same laws today.
This wine is : Shiny and luminous dark burgundy color. Fresh nose, with intense fruitiness, finely smoked and roasted. Supple attack on the palate, good volume, spherical tannins, persistent finish. A complete wine, of good constitution, greedy, ample and balanced. Elegance and character, a very nice achievement. Aging 8/10 years.
1 bottle of 75cl of Château Tayac – Margaux 2012 :
The wine from the Château Tayac is a red wine produced in the Medoc regions in the vinyeards of the family of Nicolas Portet. This vintage 2012 gets the appellation Margaux. The perfect tempeture to taste it is 15°. Aged in new oak barrels between 10 and 12 months.
Red fruity notes with a slight taste of chocolate. Well-balanced and Elegant Wine. Aging 10 years.
1 bottle of 75cl of Château Haut Coteau – Saint Estephe 2014 :
This family wine property was created in 1908. It is located on 19,5 ha in the north of the appellation Saint Estéphe, and Frédéric Brousseau is at the head of the property.
The wine is really characterized by the St Estephe terroir.
Red and black fruits aromas, lively pepper and spicy notes. Manual harvest, aged in new barrel between 12 and 18 months
