Tasting notes: EYE: a crystal clear, bright pale pink color. NOSE: fine and fruity with notes of cherry, raspberry and citrus. PALATE: fresh, lively, and crisp. Fruity character with a nice length in the finish.

Serve cold between 6°C – 8°C (43-46°F). Open just before service to preserve all fruity aromas.
Perfect as an aperitif, it will also be a pleasant accompaniment to salads, fish and seafood as well as grilled meats.
